Sherm and Judy in Washington: What else did you do this summer?

So, what else did we do besides work in the yard? After Genine and Randy returned home, Judy and Larry came for a week. We traveled up to Victoria so Judy and I could get our Buchardt Gardens fix! It is one of our favorite places to visit. We went to the Mariner's game, and to the horse races for Fireworks! We spent the 4th freezing overlooking the bay at the Simpson's, and we went to see the Tall Ships in Tacoma. Judy and Larry visit about every other year, and we always pack a lot of fun and friendship into their visits. Bar-b-ques, pinochle,movie--all the things we used to do together when we lived 5 minutes apart. Now the distance is farther, but the friendship is still just as rich as ever!
